“Divisional Round Playoff Weather Forecast”

Happy Friday to all my Fantasy Friends!!! Let’s take a look at the weather forecast for this weekend’s playoff games.

Saturday games:

Kansas City Chiefs @ New England Patriots will kickoff at 4:35pm(est). 100% chance of rain with temperatures near 40°F.

Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals will kickoff at 8:15pm(est). Temperatures will be in the 40’s.

Sunday games:

Seattle Seahawks @ Carolina Panthers will kickoff @ 1:05pm(est). Temperatures will be in the mid 40’s with a 50% chance of showers.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Denver Broncos will kickoff at 4:40pm(est). Temperatures will be in the low 40’s during the day and dip down into the 20’s at night.

Looks like New England’s offense could take advantage of the rain. Using their short passing game and pounding the rock with Steven Jackson. Kansas City should look to exploit the Patriot’s middle of the road defense even further. Andy Reid and Doug Pederson’s offense should thrive in the conditions as well. Alex Smith’s mobility gains more of an advantage with rain showers. Will the Chiefs thrive though? I think not!

50/50 chance of rain in Charlotte gives me a headache. Two mobile quarterbacks and top tier defenses battle it out. Carolina will bring the run either way. The question is. Will Seattle be pass happy or run the ball? Marshawn Lynch is “Probable” and with rain in the forecast. This game should be a bruising one with few fantasy options.

Enjoy the weekend. I’m out.
