NFL and Fantasy Owners alike hope to strike GOLD with this year’s Free Agent pool. Let’s take a look and see how Moon Man feels in February.
The quarterback pool is weak this off season. Adding more value to stable Wiley vets like Drew Brees and Joe Flacco. A majority of these free agent qbs got their chance to shine at some point in the past. Which brought on a few chuckles for the Moon Man when revisiting the memories. The forever revolving door of NFL quarterbacks continues. Thankfully, the 2015 season was filled with young studs producing in the fantasy world. Blake Bortles will be the 1st quartback off the board in some drafts. Marcus Mariota is expected to run the rock more. Mike Evans has put the “sophomore slumping season” in the rearview. The possibility of 1,500+ yards with 14 touchdowns for Evans. Adds value to Mr. Jameis Winston. The 2016 Fantasy Qb numbers could be mind boggling.
Okay! Off the top of your head. Name your top 8 fantasy qbs?
Bortles
Brady
Palmer
Mariota
Russell
Brees
Carr
Dalton?
Not in any particular order but at the same time. This list is definitely mind boggling. So buckle up because it is going to be like this all season.
Which leads to the Free Agents.

Darren McFadden finished 4th this past 2015 season with 1,089 rushing yards. Boggled de Mind a bit? Many of us were thinking “What If” McFadden stays healthy anddd behind that Cowboy’s offensive line. The numbers could have been great. It never came to fruition. McFadden finished the season as the Cowboys starter but was not great. Chris Ivory was 5th with 1,070 rushing yards. Moon Man is boggled already. What happened in the 2015 season? Who rushed for what and who are most of these players?
- AP – 1,485 rushing yards. HOF

- Mark Ingram – 769. ?
- Eddie Lacy – 758. ?
- Alfred Morris – 751 yards. Free Agent
BBoggle-Tastic a bam bop boom!!! Thomas Rawls is intriguing. With Beastmode retired. Rawls is the clear lead back on a team that is two years removed from a Superbowl loss. And three years removed from a Superbowl victory. Rawls could finish in the top 5 for fantasy running backs in 2016. Other questions related to health and age have Moon Man thinking. That at least 12 players from the top 2015 rushers will not make it back to the top 21 this season.
Would Never Forget These Guys.
The Fullbacks:
Mike Tolbert, John Kuhn, Darrel Young, Will Johnson, Will Tukuafu, Tyler Clutts.
Tight Ends

We are going to be watching where these guys land. Sleeper Alert or Wiley Vet Alert! Nothing is clear cut with these tight ends. High expectations for Fleener and Davis once again? Will Gates be productive in another system? Hopefully he maintains his health. Gates is a big dude who has given fantasy friends plenty of love over his career. Thinking back to the days when Gates looked more like a basketball player on the field. He made the transition and put up numbers week in and week out. The NFL is tough on the body. Let’s reminisce about a time when the Rivers flooded the western Gates.

Woah bro!!! Where’s Andrew Luck ??? I see my man Luck coming back from his injury and possibly leading the league in passing yards next year.
You have to give Luck some love!
I’d rank Luck over: Bottles, Dalton, Mariota, Wilson, and Palmer.
I know Luck was the 1st QB off the board in many drafts last year and he let a lot of owners down, but he should return to form next year.
Also, no ARod ???? Bold predictions my friend.
Luck, Ryan, Rivers, A Rod, Stafford. Im sure as the rosters turn. One or a couple of these qbs. Might make it back to the top. What are your top 8 off the top of your head? In no order. Ready…Go!!!
Off the top of my head without looking at your post or any stats/web sites…
Luck
Cam
A Rod
Brady
Carr
Big Ben
Bortles
Wilson
Top 8… All I could think of in a short span
